Absolutely brilliant website, I am also subscribed to their newsletter, this is unusual for me as usually they serve no purpose but Schuh's are pretty and advertise all the new styles and sales.
I have just ordered a gorgeous pair of Harlot shoes from them and have been very impressed with the service I received, so I thought I'd share it with you! I ordered them on friday at 6pm-ish with a standard 2-3 working day delivery, so wasn't expecting them till today ( Wednesday) I have ordered them for a wedding this Friday and so thought I would email them on the Tuesday to see where they were as I hadn't received a dispatch email. I was extremely pleased when I promptly received an email back from their customer service department with a parcel number and tracking website so I could track the progress of my precious shoes! Great! A very quick and friendly response with a method to track my shoes, I couldn't have asked for anything more! They have just arrived and they are gorgeous! So much so that I feel the need to share them with you. I tip my hat to you Schuh, good work!
