Blackpool is great for shopping. There are so many shops to see that in the 5 days we stayed there i dont think i even managed to go round half of them. There are bargains galore to be had and i got some really good ones. Two pairs of denim jeans for 10 pounds which is really amazing. Jovan Musk aftershave for 8 pound which is excellent value considering the prices other shops charge for it. At one garden shop i managed to get 5 packets of seeds including violets, snapdragon, penny blacks and two other varieties. Fleetwood market was another place we visited when there. Another place for good value and decent quality good and i would reccomend ... Read the complete review

As a resident of the famous seaside resort Blackpool, and considering the amount of inaccurate, largely biased reviews (from tourists) about the town, I decided to write this, about the towns shopping. Tourists listen up. Don't expect any boutiques in blackpool- there are none. Clothes wise the primark is usually the best bet for cheap items, with the newly opened store serving as a great new shop (opened 2006) right in the centre of town. Besides these, the only other clothes stores are for school ... Read the complete review

Shopping in Blackpool is fantastic!!!!!! Everything is so cheap clothes are superb, sweets are lovely, property is amazingly low priced and leather goods such as shoes and bags are out of this world! Clothes. there are clothes shops everywhere, they are all along the sea front and you can see them a mile of because all there best stock is hanging on the front of the shop but the best places to go are on the back streets. They are the same kind of shops but the further from the tower you get the cheaper everything is. The clothes aren't bad quality either as you would expect the jeans are nice material and the tops don't fray. here are the ... Read the complete review

Blackpool has over 90 000 beds available at any one time, which amounts to a lot of tourists. Add this to the fact that it has been known, on occasion, to rain in the north of England, and you have a lot of bored looking visitors wandering around in 99p fluorescent plastic macs looking for things to do. The solution? A trip to the shops. Blackpool has quite a few of these. There’s your average Marks and Spencers, and WH Smiths and HMV, your quaint little rock and fudge shops and the rather too vulgar for natives’ liking seafront stretch of “quality” retailers selling fake boobs and blow up, ahem, appendages. These are collected together ... Read the complete review
