The catalogue from hell (And not the cool part!!)

They, as you will well know sell womens clothing from sizes 16-30, all sorts of stuff, everyday clothes, lingerie, shoes, etc...you get the picture!!

I found them on the internet, looked through the on-line catalogue, and thought
"Ohhhh, I'll have a bit of that!!"

So, I ordered a Denim Jacket, Pink shirt, trousers, and a pink bra, all in my usual size 16.

Well, I excitedly waited for my stuff, which took a little longer than I expected, but what the hell!

I opened the pack, and URGH!
Did they use their "Artistic licence" on the photos?? LOL!
AS the clothes looked crap in real life!!
The trousers were very big for a 16, the shirt was not at all like on their photo, the bra was too big, and the trousers?
My nan wouldn't wear em!!!!
I kept the jacket though..the only decent thing I ordered.

So, I sent them back!
Only to recieve 2 pairs of jeans the next day I never ever ordered!!
So,I sent them back, then I emailed them.

Did they reply?
Did they hell!!!

So, I phoned their "help" line.
No help at all!!!
She had no clue at all, making all sorts of excuses...
"The computer did this, oh, the computers are down" ect....

So, later on I got an invoice, with all the stuff that I'd sent back on it!!

I'm not gonna pay for stuff I've not got, so guess what??
I called them up!

Load of good it did!

I asked why had I been sent an invoice for stuff I'd sent back, she checked the computer, and she confirmed that they'd recieved them.

I asked why had they sent me the invoice then, if they had recieved the clothes, and guess what??
A computer error!!
Don't they know that it's a problem with the idiots using the computers???!!

So she said, just pay for what yo
u've got then, and I'm like,
"As if I'm gonna pay for stuff I've not got"!!

I'm not that stupid!!!

Needless to say, I paid for the jacket, and never ordered again.

I'd rather go to town for my clothes, there's a lot more fun in it, you see what you get, and no computer errors lol!! ;)

All in all, Simply be are getting a lot of customers because of the size choice they have, but if you have a good look, you will find the right sizes, but better quality, and value for your money.
