Sports Soccer is a fantastic Sports store, in fact it is probably my second favourite after JJB sports and there are many reasons for this. Sports Soccer used to be called Sport and Ski, but I think they realised that Football was a more popular sport than skiing, thus they changed the name to a more appropriate one. Sports Soccer is one of the most reasonable places you will find for clothes, trainers and sports equipment.

Staff - Sports Soccer is a popular store, with friendly, although not overly intelligent, staff who will endevour to tell you "Sorry Sir, we don't have your size in any of the trainers you like, would you consider a size down?" and they're often looking as though they need a 5 day sleep, but the staff are never knowingly rude, helpful, but a bit dosey in my experience. No offence to anyone here if you work there, but they didn't really know much about what I was talking about at the time.

Products - They manage to have the messiest store I have seen, but people love it - you can get trainers from a wide range of manufacturers, t-shirts, bags, hats, footballs and more - socks are very reasonable from here too.

Pricing - Sports Soccer excels on low pricing - it has the best deals on everything, even though they don't always have everything, and the range of products isn't as great as JJB - still, you can buy Umbro polo shirts for £8, trainers for around 40% off, and other products at a good price.
