Advantages: cheap, brand names

Disadvantages: long queues!

I have recently started doing a lot of my shopping at Sport and Soccer and it is rapidly becoming one of my favourite stores, and it is definitely my favourite sport stores! It sells all the brand names (such as Nike, Adidas, Ellesse, ect) but at the fraction of the cost, and a lot cheaper than other high street sport stores that I have been in!

Sport and soccer sell a brand of clothes called Donney. Donney is a brand that is very cheap (T-shirts for £5) but is still good quality. They try to make it look like top brand stuff and I personally think some of there clothes are fashionable!

The staff in the York store are very helpful and cheerful. They try and help you find what you are looking for and they are always rushing into the stock room trying to find the right size shoe for you. The only problem I have with my local store is all the shop workers are very slow on the tills and you wait for a considerable amount of time before you get served!

Only last week I went into two different sports stores they were;
Sports and Soccer and Sports Connection,
I was looking for the Celtic football T-shirt I ended buying it from Sports and Soccer for just £30 and the price in Sports Connection was £34:99!

I also bought an Ellesse bag for £12, I later looked up the price in the Grattan catalogue and it was £17!! That is a big difference for a bag! Once I was at the till, a pair of trousers caught my eye and I thought that I might as well try them on and I ended up buying them for £26. I later found them in a catalogue for almost £20 more expensive than what I paid for mine!

Sports Soccer sell a wide range of sports gear like golf clubs and shoes, tennis rackets, clothes, hats, bags and all great value.

I think that Sports and Soccer is a great store and I hope they keep the prices as low as they are today!
