Advantages: good clothes
Disadvantages: VERY bad service
Sport and soccer is one of the best shops for sports wear they usually have a very good range of clothes and shoes at very reasonable prices.
I went in there a few days ago to get my step children some shoes, we found a pair, but not in the size we wanted so we found an assistant who radioed upstairs for the size we wanted, they said they had the size in stock,so we waited 15 minutes when they said they didn't have any!!!
SO we found another pair, another 15 minute wait and still they didn't have no luck.when we finally found a pair the right size we queued up for over half an hour at the cash desk, there were 2 people serving and about 50 customers waiting we got so fed up we ended up leaving the shop.
All in all we were in that shop an hour without getting what we wanted.
The kids really wanted these shoes, so on Saturday decided to give it another go, we went in found the shoes but there was no-one to help us with the size.
There were 3 people serving on the tills and about 100 customers in the shop.
It was chaos, there were mums with kids everywhere, screaming babies, we were getting really fed up, we ended up walking out, and the kids still havn't got their shoes!!!
The worst thing about this shop is that their tills are right down the bottom end of the shop which means it gets so hot in there, hundreds of people and no air, it's awfull!!
This shop really ought to do something, their staff aren't trained, they havn't got a clue what's in stock and they've just lost a customer!!!

- 21/07/01 I had problems in there to I got charged to much and they told me the shoes were on the wrong shelf and that they were not any cheaper. it was only afew pounds but i payed it .
the next week I took my best friend in to show her the shoe and the prices were still wrong (the assistant said she'd do a price check) so
I ask why .
the member of staff I got was like a five year old and was no help
i'm in the middle or writting op on it yours great i will not be going in again I hope your kids get the shoes they were after

- 08/09/00 Snap. They must layout all their stores the same. I think its time they got some advice, so many people avoid it because of the lack of staff and space. |

- 03/09/00 Got it one, very good prices but the queueing is awful, don't you find the aisles are far too narrow as well, anyone with a buggy must have real problems. |
