The best store for all beauty needs (SuperDrug)

Advantages: house brands are cheap and good

Disadvantages: could possibly be bewildered by too much choice

This is one of my favourite stores to go to for all beauty needs. They offer such a wide variety and when they do mark down prices, it can be really low. Recently, I bought an elizabeth arden face cream for 4.99 pounds! The other day, I bought nails inc's Miss nail bar base coat polish for 49 pence!

They carry a wide range of brands from clarins to their own house brands. The house brands are of quite good quality for cheap price. I bought their natural high range night cream for 3.99 pounds and it does keep my face hydrated and moistured when I wake up in the morning. They also do a tea tree range and I absolutely the tea tree face lotion for use in the summer.

Prices varies on their online store though. I have bought Good Skin Cleanser from online for 3 pounds while the stores were selling at 9 pounds. I would recommend going to the store to test out products, check the prices online and make a comparison before buying.

Make up wise, they carry brands like Revlon, max factor, gosh, nyc colours, playboy, bourjois, maybelline and l'oreal. They brought in Bloom (australian brand) lately too. I would keep a watch out on the new arrivals in superdrug because they are of good quality and quite often on some discount or another.

As I live in Central london, they are usually located along most high streets. which does make it very convenient to shop in
