Superdrug Most high streets large or small will have one. The name gives the game away, whether you want a new lipstick or an aspirin you'll find it here. Somewhere buried at the back of the store, you will find a dispensing chemist. The store will generally be quite compact, but it will carry a large diverse range of products. It will be brightly lit, and perfectly clean and tidy at all times. If you work near a branch, you can usually pick up a magazine to read and a snack to nibble on during your lunchbreak.

The men will find enough aftershave, haircare and skin care to satisfy them. Are you going on holiday? You will find photographic supplies batteries, throw away cameras and the like along with your sun lotions and anti bug sprays. You might even find a travel adaptor to plug in your hairdryer while you're away. While it will not be very extensive, the babycare section will carry enough of the most well known products like Pampers, Huggies and Johnson and Johnsons, to keep new mums happy at a price they can afford.

The largest section will normally be devoted to, low to medium priced, cosmetic ranges like Bourjois, L'Orial and Revlon . There will be a fair range of haircare, skin care and healthcare products. Superdrug is favoured by teenage girls looking for the types of make up and "Bling" jewellery and hair decorations seen on the latest teen flicks and the most "in" pop stars. expect the store to be packed after school hours and at the weekends.

Should you need any help, the staff who serve you will be friendly and fairly knowlegible of their product. The prices will represent good value even when compared with supermarket prices. There are always the special offers on something.
