TescoNewest Review: ... Now you might be thinking Safeways has the same but I personally prefer Tescos as there is a wide range of products, the prices are very reasonable with buy one get one free and other sales every week. The food for sale in the store (not in the cafe) is well labelled and tastes great. My favourite part of the store is the alcohol aisle where theres basically alot of alcohol. The stores themselves are easy to get round with signs above the aisles to tell customers where everything is and if you can't get to the stores they do the shopping for you and deliver it to you for a fiver. Good deal if you ask me. They also have a loya... more |

This is my first op so I think I chose an easy subject and any advice or comments will be very much appreciated. Tescos is one of the biggest supermarkets and in my town of Scarborough theres two stores. Tescos sells a very wide range of grocerys and other products like tvs, microwaves and if you live near the bigger stores they sometimes sell clothes. Bigger stores have cafes and pharmacys so you can have your dinner before you start your shopping. Now you might be thinking Safeways has the same but I personally prefer Tescos as there is a wide range of products, the prices are very reasonable with buy one get one free and other ... I am impressed with the range and price of clothes at my local Tesco store, my little girl is now 2 years old but still fits into 18 - 24 month stuff from them. I think its great that you can earn clubcard points on these purchases as this keeps the costs down. I save all my vouchers up for Christmas to buy clothes for my daughter and my neices as they are so hardwearing and practical. Tesco also works out cheaper than Mothercare for example. Also as I have to drive an extra 5 miles to go to Mothercare it makes sense to buy clothes at the same time as doing the monthly shop ... Read the complete review

I am writing this opinion from experience of a local Tescos store that I use often. Tesco its self is a very well set out store you have got all different sections magazines, sweets, crisps, meats, frozen food etc and this is very handy however I don?t know if this just happens to the tesco where I life but they seem to be constantly changing the store around, which does my head in all the time. Tesco is very handy as it is open 24 hours a day which has been really useful in the past as when somebody in the family falls ill and every where else is closed you have got Tescos open. Tesco also offers online shopping to certain area if you want tot find ... Read the complete review

Tesco is the shop that I visit every weekend for my weekly shop. I do so for a number of reasons. Firstly, I always find the prices very reasonable and often am able to find superb deals on a wide range of items, such as the 'Tesco value range', which means you can get goods for very cheap prices as they are made by the actual Tesco company. Of course, this may mean that the quality is not as high as the goods are produced on lower budgets to keep costs down, and personally I do not notice that big a difference between Tesco own brand and the big top specailist brands. I would recommend the Tesco french stick, as I think it tastes lovely and I can't get ... Read the complete review

Tesco has to be my favourite supermarket currently. I don't know what it is about Tesco but shopping there seems much more fun and cheaper. They also have 24 hour shops which are open 24 hours during the week. The selection is Tesco is superb. They have their eisles laid out very well so that item are easy to find. They stock all the brand names but also they do their own range which is called Tesco Value. This brand has a white label with blue. It is very cheap and some of the items are actually ok. Things like black bags are very good and it doesn't really matter if you have cheap or good ones! The chrisps seem ok as well as the lemonade. I would ... Read the complete review
