What is the point when you obviously aren't listening???????
Your delivery service is so bad, that it's ridiculos and then on top of that your complaints service is even worse!!!!

I would never buy from Tesco's Direct again EVER! I have also encouraged my friends and family to shop elsewhere! Tesco's the Store is better.
I ordered two items from Tesco's Direct, which did not arrive when they said they would, I had to go and collect it from the Depot - The most disgusting and dirtiest place I have ever been in - and then found that they were scratched!!
Two days after collecting my items, I ordered an item from Asda Online and guess what??? It actually arrived earlier than they said it would!!!!!!! Now that is what I call service.

So Basically:
Tesco Direct - YOU ARE THE WORST SHOPPING NETWORK EVER!
