Tesco's Direct are the Worst Company ever! (Tesco Direct)

Disadvantages: Poor delivery, limited call back facilities, poor item description, poor customer service

I ordered 3 items from Tesco Direct; one was broken, and two didnt match the description or image.

One of these was a PC Monitor that was advertised at 22", and even on the box it stated 21/5"! It may seem a bit picky to some but basically you lose about 22" of screen so I tried to retrun the item.

Note the word tried! I waitied in from 7am to 5pm, and today advised I cant wait in any more than until 11am. Thats a total of 14 hours, but Tesco still cant provide any idea of a pick up, and wont take my mobile so I can ensure I am in.

So NEVER AGAIN, will I buy anything from Tesco's- Tesco Direct, Insurance, groceries whatever.

They've obviously got too big for their boots, and just seem to want the money but not to provide the service. And I note that Customer Services do get it "in the neck" but they just seem to have a fixed spiel as to why they cant help.

Hope that wasnt too ranty, but Im very annoyed about this!
