I'm lazy, I admit it. So when I found a car seat by Tesco's for £20 but would mean a 15 mile drive to a store that stocked them, I decided to order over the internet.

So off I went, logged in, ordered and paid for, all very quickly and all quite easily. In fact the hardest part was getting hubby to part with his credit card.

Unfortunately, being the dippy mare that I am, I forgot to change the delivery address so that it would be delivered to my neighbours while I was at work. OOpps! So I emailed Tesco to make them aware of this little mistake and to be honest didn't really expect much to come of it. Oh how wrong was I?

In less than 10 minutes, and despite it being a Sunday morning, I had a reply from them, syaing they'd do everything they could to sort it all out and asking me to confirm the correct address, which I did.

After a few more emails to say they'd do everything they could, I've just had another one to say they've contact the supplier and sorted it all out so that if it get's delivered while I'm busy working it'll go to my neighbours house.

OK, so it takes 18 days for delivery and cost me £2.49 in carrier charges, but it's still cheaper than driving to somewhere far off that I probably wouldn't be able to find.

The prices are good, you still get your Tesco clubcard points and the customer service (so far) is faultless.
