Dear Sirs.
I recommended to a colleague that they buy a laptop from your company. He collected the laptop and set it up when he got home. Unfortunately it didn't work - never mind as these things happen. However, trying to deal with your Indian call centre was a complete and utter waste of time. Once he gets his money back he's going to PC World. I can assure you that I will not be recommending your company to anybody else.

Tell you what I think???!!! What is the point when you obviously aren't listening??????? Your delivery service is so bad, that it's ridiculos and then on top of that your complaints service is even worse!!!! I would never buy from Tesco's Direct again EVER! I have also encouraged my friends and family to shop elsewhere! ...

I have not found Tesco Direct satisfactory. I ordered a TV stand, and found when I started to unpack it that it was something quite different. I had left it still packed for a month, because I had ordered it for someone else and wanted to assemble it at his home - it was to be moved with the rest of his furniture. The first person I spoke to, though not excactly rude, gave me the impression that he thought it was my fault, though the second one was polite and helpful. But ther long and short of it was that they were unable to collect the item for a week, and then could not give me a time of day. I should have thought that when a mistake is made, they might try a bit harder.

I will never shop with Tesco Direct again. They failed to deliver and then ignored my emails and calls (in a queue to customer service for 75 minutes before I hung up twice!). I emailed them to ask where my bed was and why it hadn't been delivered, they didn't know and couldn't arrange a redelivery until they spoke to the courier. 3 days later and ...

Avoid Tesco Direct like the plague. I ordered an Xbox 360 Arcade Console at the beginning of June, it promptly arrived the following morning. Only to break THREE days later. I then returned it and was told it could take up to 10 days. Fair enough. During this time I called twice to see if it had been dispatched. I was told the 12th, nothing still by the 17th, so I rang again and was told the 16th and it would arrive by the latest 22nd June. I rang this morning only to be told it could take up to THREE weeks! It's not even dispatched. So I bought a new one from Zavvi.

Tesco Dircect are a bunch of LIARS! I will NEVER shop at Tescos again. Not even for a block of cheese.

worst delivery service i have ever had......still waiting, looks like ive just lost £40 in tickets for a gig as there is no way i can get there in time now.i was assured that it would be here in time...phoned up when it didnt and was told he was nearly here..that was an hour ago absolutely gutted.lesson learned...never order anything from tescos direct again!!!!!!!still not here and i dont think it will now as delivery ends at 7pm and hes got 5 minutes. terrible

Tesco Direct flower delivery - totally missed the delivery date for Mothers Day and still havnt arrived, content to blame Royal Mail for their shortcomings! Stick to the better known flower delivery service, Tesco might be cheaper on the surface but believe me the extra reassurance of delivery on time is worth every penny. absolutely horrendous, can't cancel a simple order for flowers within seconds of ordering, conseqently they will not be delivered to the right place...and can't get the money refunded, won't be ordering again.

Horrendus! Ordered table, paid for a 2 hour delivery slot. Nothing arrived. Rang up, delivery driver would not deliver as says needs two men to lift. Tesco direct say delivery driver is wrong, delivery driver says tesco direct is wrong.

Outcome = the customer does not get what he has ordered. Still have no goods and not got money back.
