Advantages: Cheap stuff, good customer service, friendly people
Disadvantages: The tesco petrol stations are rubbish
I really like Tescos. On some days I drop my sister off at the train station and there’s a huge Tesco and an M&S, and to kill time, i wander around the huge shopping complex (this place is massive), and find some breakfast, which usually comprises of chocolate éclairs. I really enjoy those moments. Lets me clear my head, no pressure from outside and the problems of this world.
I have never had a problem with Tescos. They have really good products and have every product you ever need and ones you have never heard of. Just walking down the alcohol section, and there are like 3 double isle just devoted to wine, beer and spirits. That’s just an example of big this place is.
The place is open 24 hours 7 days a week, which is nice, because if you want to go shopping when no ones around then 12am or even 3-4am are nice times to shop. Its odd being in the place at that time, it’s so quiet.
They also have these new automatic cashiers. You just scan your products and pay, really quick and easy.
My only grumble about Tescos' is their petrol stations. Whenever I go in there, there are the same two people and they never say hello, or do anything for customer service. And then they talk amongst themselves well them serving you. I Mean I don’t care about your life. They are never friendly at all.
Overall I do like my whole experience at Tescos itself.
Summary: tescos is a nice place

- 21/01/06 Although every point you raise is a valid one - and I like the point about the automatic cashiers - this could have done with more detail about the specific things Tesco offer - such as electrical and clothing.... |
