hi i wish not to give my name away. i would like to say that as a worker for tesco i have been for 7 months and i think that every tesco employer is working there asses for hours and hours a day and the public show no apretiation towards us they moan about the stupidest things and expect us to do something about it. sometimes you would be working up 12 hours (part over time) and u just want to go home people can say its just a job and i agree but we its not part of our job to serve moany customers,one of my recent complaint's from a memeber of the public was through a very drunk women in her 60's was refused booze by me and she started shouting and swearing it was 10:45 and she was still there at 11 refusing to exit the store i said to her that nothing will go the tills so she picked the 2 bottles of wine up and started walking out with them the door was already locked as the store manager did and i went in the office to call the police the only reason i did not call the police is because she had a 7 year old child with her and he was crying i think that it is disgusting for a customer to complain about us but we are not aloud our say. or tho i like working for tesco because the EMPLOYEES i work with i feel that tesco is not doing enough for us i DO NOT get paid to deal with rude customers and i think they should be emediatly banned from coming in from the store but tesco pretty much say that they would loose money so we have to put up with it. i not longer take abuse of customers and i refuse to serve them and serve the next customer, but by doing this there is a chance that we would loose our bonus which i think is ridiculous i am writing this as i would like to know if anyone else agrees with what i am sayin. i relise that rude customers aren't avoidable but there is no need for it and nothing is being done to stop it I.E tesco are to busy making money for themselves never mind the people that are underpaid working there asses of . Tesco needs to focus on thanking the hard workers never mind the ones that sit in the offices fucking up our jobs. the only little bit of appreciation they have to show to us is we get a lousey bonus that we loose if we dont ask for a stupid club card, a club card that gives us 10% discount hey how about 50% discount u tight arses.another thing is that we have to work on boxing day and new years day i dont mean to sound horrible but don't they think we have family's the only holiday we really get of is christmas how are you meant to celebrate christmas without getting drunk we like to celebrate it to you know.

Summary: tesco needs to relise where would they be without us. sorry if i offended anyone
