Disadvantages: Stock more rabbit food!

In the competivie market of super market shopping, I believe Tesco stands heads above rival supermarkets such as Asda and Sainsburys. I am a loyal customer to Tesco and have found over the years that the majority of their service has been expemplary.

As a student, I often find that I am on a tight food budget, and for me the Tesco Value Range is a life saver! I am a pretty fussy eater (which my boyfriend tells me off for), but I have no trouble finding things within the range to suit my taste. I have discovered (and many others seem to agree with me) that the Value range of tinned beans and spagetthi actually tastes better than the much more expensive Heinz. Their breakfast juices also taste far, far better than one would expect them to, and they are a good alternative to brands such as tropicana, which I am normally used to. The Value Range's usefulness also extends to house hold items such as soap, washing up liquid, loo roll and kitchen roll, as well as bin liners and rubber gloves. I've found no problems with these items, and continue to happily use them. I've even bought Tesco Value birthday cards! So much cheaper than the usual ones, and usually much nicer designs as well in my opinion!

I also like the clothes range of Cheroke and Fiore & Fiore. I've bought quite a bit of nice jewellery which mimics silver. None of it has tarnished, turned green or gone brown, much to my delight. Some of my favourite items I have bought at Tesco. Their underwear also fits perfectly, and I bought all my summer bikinis from them this year. Their sizing is much better than at the more expensive clothes shops, and I also really like the designs. I also love that they stock a ot of designs with underwire, which I have found a lot of the clothes shops not to do.

I usually find the staff very plesant. Just yesterday, my boyfriend and I went in at half 11 (pm), only to discover I'd forgotton my purse. The gentlemen was happy to hold our items for us and watch them whilst we quickly popped home and came back. Although some staff are less helpful, overall I think that the standard and quality of service that the staff offer is fantastic.

My favourite part of Tesco is probably the DVD section. I buy a lot of their DVDs in the £3 section. I've never had any problems with them and the films in this section are often old favourite or become new ones.

My only criticism, is that I wish they;d stock more brands of rabbit food, such as Excel.

Definately my favourite super market!
