Advantages: Reasonably priced, reduced items later in the day

Disadvantages: Fairly average

Tesco is a supermarket that I will only shop for specific items. In general the range of food stocked at Tesco tends to be at the lower budget end. The only thing I will buy from Tesco is a sandwich at reduced price. You see, places such as Pret sell their sandwiches at overly inflated prices. The sandwiches at M&S are tasty but still slightly expensive. It would take at least 6 dooyoo reviews to be able to afford an average size sandwich at M&S. Then there's Sainsbury's which are neither reasonably priced nor tasty.

The sandwiches at Tesco taste fairly average, they lack a certain amount of freshness however at least they are affordable. Further to this if you go during later in the day they tend to have a lot of reduced items. Many times I have been able to buy a reduced prawn and cocktail sandwich for only £25p, the equivalent of half a dooyoo review. In this economic climate, I highly recommend sandwiches from Tesco.

Summary: Good for those on a budget

A supermarket is there to cater for different needs since people shop for different items. I only go to Tesco for sandwiches. Many people will find the information in this review relevant and useful.

I'm afraid a discussion on sandwiches is too specific to be useful when reading about a supermarket.
