Tesco's Voucher Double up (Tesco)
Member Name: Yvette72
Advantages: None I can see at present Disadvantages: Unfair to those who do not shop at Tesco's frequently. Am I the only one who feels that it is unfair of Tesco's to only double up vouchers of £5 or more. I do not shop at Tesco's very often due to previous bad experiences so I had only accrued two vouchers totalling £4.50. I went to customer services and asked about the offer to double up as it is always on the TV and I was told that this only applied if the vouchers were worth £5 or more. So I spent the £4.50 and decided that I would probably not be visiting again. In this financial climate you would have thought that Tesco would double up all the vouchers especially the smaller amounts. I am a single parent with a limited food budget why do Tesco's not think about the people who cannot afford to spend large amounts of money every week and reward everybody equally? I understand that they want to reward there loyal shoppers but have they not thougt that they may encourage others to shop at Tesco's if there rewards and customer services was better. Summary: Why do Tesco's only double vouchers of £5 or more? |
