I shopped at tescos online last night for the first time.It was really easy I choose what product I wanted and how many I wanted then when I had done my shopping I entered my credit card number and choose a day for them to deliver my shopping. At first I was wary thinking what if they send the wrong product or deliver to the wrong house but I need not have worried as my shopping was delivered on time and to the right address and the only problem was some of the products I ordered were not avalible but I was given a choice of if the product I requested was not avalible they would send one simaler but I wanted the identical product. Every product that is avalible in tesco stores is on there web site even birthday cakes none of my products were damaged which has made me think why go shopping when I can have my shopping delivered for a small charge of five pound and all safe and intact.Im not lazy but children and shopping do not mix so tescos online is ideal for me . There are also lots of special offers online rangeing from groceries to alcohol and you dont end up paying more apart from the delivery fee.You can even make a shopping list so that every time you visit you have an idea of the products you want to buy.

- 23/04/01 Gosh, I`m out of breath reading this, hope you don`t mind me pointing out that you need to invest in a few commas.Maybe they sell them at tesco online lol :0) |

- 19/04/01 Im thinking of using Tesco online, I dont drive and when you do a big weekly shop with a pram, I have to get a taxi home anyway, which would cost about the same as the delivery charge. I was worried that products might be damaged or the wrong stuff sent, etc, so it is encouraging to hear that you were satisfied with the service. |

- 18/04/01 There is nothing here to encourage me to change my existing shopping habits or even visit Tesco's site - sorry. I would re-rate if you gave a bit more detail and a bit more punctuation in those paragraphs. Marcus. |
