Growing up my family loved their gold jewelery, for my 12th birthday was tough! I was given gold earrings that must ha cost silly money, for my 18th a gold bangle with a diamond again expensive. I loved all the gifts and thought behind them however I am not a person who wears gold.

When it got to my 21st I asked for a Return to Tiffany heart pendant on a ball chain as I saw it on a trip to USA in Rodeo drive branch of Tiffany. Now the parents were adamant I should have something gold not silver but when it arrived they could not believe how beautifully presented it was and the timeless pieces you could get. Each item comes in a icon blue Tiffany pouch and box, with a white ribbon and the customary blue bag.

The customer service is excellent. I had a reaction to my ring due to a hand cream I was using had harsh chemicals that damaged the silver. Tiffany's told me to send it to Oxford street store where it was cleaned for free and restored to its original state again for free.
