Advantages: Some good things

Disadvantages: Not all lower then we say, manerging skills not good

I work at Tk Maxx and it is not as grea as people say it is. The prices are only about 80 % of the time lower then they say. We say its cheaper anywere one the high street, but on my high street I got some shoes for £15 Tk maxx were selling them for £15 in clearance so they would have been arouns 20 + and they were the exact same, its not all ways cheaper. If we dont know a price of somthing some one is trying to by we just guess what the price is and sell it at that. Tey are not good with there staff either...they give a good hourly rate of pay but rubish hours so they dont even pay us enough. They dont even check the doors when the alarms go off, the suppervisors take brakes when they want for how long they want. its not and foo as people say it is. we also had a pare of jeans going for 29.99 but there was the other price from whome we go it off and that awas 15.99 so tell me, how is that lowerd.
