I was a regular customer at TK Maxx but I cannot support a company with such a poor returns policy - I'm now the owner of a £12.99 item of clothing that I cannot return.
I would suggest that to purchase goods from this shop whilst it adheres to such a 'policy' would be tantamount to supporting a company that doesn't care about it's customers. Marks and Spencer have a 35 days refund/exchange policy and have been successfully trading for years. I can only hope that the opposite happens to TK Maxx i.e. customers vote with their feet as I have, and stop shopping there.
TK Maxx - it's cost you far more than the £12.99 that I've lost, no more custom from me nor, I suspect, from reading other review sites from people who have had the same experience.

My review is entirely based on my experiences of my local store in Harlow, Essex.
