Topps Tiles is the only tile shop nearby, so we've been there several times, but after our latest visit I don't think we'll be returning. We bought some lovely looking polished limestone tiles for the kitchen floor, having been told by the Topps Tiles guys that they would be "fine in the kitchen" provided we also bought their c

Topps Tiles took our order even though we made it clear that we needed the tiles within a week so that our tiler could finish the job. The guy rang round to check that they were in stock loacally. The tiles didn't arrive in time and they admitted they had made a mistake: they shouldn't have taken our money hoping that the stock would get ... Read the complete review

tile choice is good but thats where it ends ...
when you go to a specialist store you expect to be given sound advice, but to be honest, the people working in my local store know as much about tiling as I do about getting a man on the moon...they umm and they ahh and they give really poor advice ......Im a new tiler by trade as w

Myself & husband visited your store today. We were looking for some budget tiles for a bathroom & kitchen for a BTL property we are renovating. On arrival we were greeted by a hello then left alone. After a while I interrupted a young man to ask of our request and he umed and arred for quite some time as if he had no idea of what ... Read the complete review

I recently visited the store in Swindon. Fantastic experience! Good advice on tiles, the price fitted my budget perfectly.
We paid £19.99 for a trusted tiler and 12 months guarantee.
What can I say? - I'll be back.

Freely I send in my clients to Topps Tiles to choose tiles and did so with Mavis , incidentally in her 70's. Mavis only had to supply tiles as all the adhesives/grout/trims I supply within my quotation. Mavis got confused and ordered all the adhesives/grout/trims as well as her tiles. On realising her mistake Mavis managed ... Read the complete review

Do not trust this company to keerp a date, their customer support are liars and do not care for the customer and if you try to get to senior management, it will not happen. I was given a date for delivery on a

I spent £2000 at new Southgate branch of TopTiles. Don't buy your laminate flooring from Toptiles. The quality is very bad. Tiles are OK but it takes ages to receive if something is not in stock. The worst thing about Top tiles is that they take back any unused items only 7 weeks after sale. I took back three unopened boxes on the 8th we

Topps tiles is extremely expensive. They do say that they will match or beat your quote by 5 % but there tiles are unique to there store so how will you be able to get another quote from a different tile shop for the same tile? Basically you will not get that 5% off its just there to lure you in! My local Topps tiles is quite ... Read the complete review

I was sold a bag of BAL rapidset adhesive @£52 for a 20KG bag and I managed to get one from PLATFORM Building Materials for less than half that price. Like wise for the Grout !!! TT have this policy that if you are a trade customer than they would discount the price. TT reason - Internet will always be cheaper but i found a store that is ... Read the complete review

I recently purchased Topps Tiles own floor adhesive,at £18 per bag. B&Q sell Unibond (a market leader) floor adhesive at £9 per bag. Both products have the same volume and offer the same coverage. I have spoken to the area manager who promised to get back to me that afternoon or at the latest the next morning, ... Read the complete review

During my D.I.Y experiences over the years I have always considered ceramic tiles expensive items to purchase. I tended to use local tile specialist's mainly because there was a lack of a national tile retailer around. I always thought there was a niche in the market for someone to fill and so they have in the mould of Topps Tiles. ... Read the complete review
