Absolutely ridculous customer service in Canada. I've been trying to return crib sheets for over a week now because they sent the wrong ones. I keep getting told that "they are forwarding my info to the correct department and someone will get back to me in 3-5 days". Even e-mails are not being replied too. They are not even willing to send out the correct ones while we get this mess straightened out. And they actually tried to tell me that I would have to pay for the shipping of the correct ones! I only rated one star because I had too to get it to post.
