The best choice on the high street (ToysRUs)

Advantages: wide range of stock

Disadvantages: a lot sell at rrp

I remember going to toys r us with my brother ans sister when we were children. I cant remember how old i was but it seemed like the ultimate place for a child! We always visited just before christmas so that our parents could get a good idea of what we were going to put on our christmas list.
Now being a mum myself i obviously see Toys r us in a whole different light. I still understand that for the child it is heaven but it has lost is magical feel for myself.
The best thing about toys r us is that the choice and range are the best of any high street stores. They specialise in stocking character toys and the entire range of any collection they carry. For example there are entire isles dedicated to things such as star wars, postman pat and barbie or peppa pig. If you cant find it any where else then im sure you will find it here but you will probably pay the rrp unless they have an offer on.
Some of the offers they do 3 for 2 within each range or discounts.
Another good section are the ride ons whether you want battery operated quads or pedal bikes they have a wide range.
I did buy a few good bits from there babies r us range as well as they stock every thing from cots to travel systems and basically every hting else you may need.

Like i said before i do find that they sell at the rrp but worth keeping an eye for reductions and offers.

The stores are huge and well layed out and they are clean and tidy and they dont mind the kids trying things out either!

Summary: excellent for if you want something very specific or want good xmas ideas.
