Disadvantages: HORRENDOUS FRAME QUALITY - DO NOT TOUCH

Just had final phone call with Ventures Customer relations manager - The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish, spent circa £2500 in hard money and circa £4000 in trying to sort their shockingly poor framing, mis-management, timescales (the Mona lisa would have been completed faster- 5 months) . There were double glazing sales techniques carried out by the Venture staff also. The final prints having circa 70 pictures of defects and terrible workmanship that were 'because the way that I'd taken the pictures to make the defects look worse?!' have got me throwing in the towel and just accepting my money back as Venture just are incapable of delivering quality frames(unless as they say you hold it far enough away that the defects will not look so bad. I explicitley stated when the first set of pictures came, that all I wanted was the excellent photos in frames commensurate with the cost. What we got was strictly sea front stall frame quality, late and it went down hill from there - next step national press to balance my loss of time and protect others from these people.

Summary: DISGUSTED AT TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FINAL FRAMING -SENT THE FINAL SET BACK AS THEY JUST COULD'NT MITRE
