Advantages: Cheap if you have discount codes

Disadvantages: Slow on delivery sometimes, bad communication

I have used Vertbaudet on numerous occasions since my daughter was born. I find they always have good discount codes floating around somewhere and their clothes are different, but they do come up small so always buy one size up than you need and they always wash well and even go in the tumble dryer.

They can be a bit of a nightmare with delivery, I was told on one occasion it would be 5 working days and I didn't get dispatched for 11 days. On calling the call centre I didnt understand a word the woman said and she didnt understand me. I think they need to improve on this as it does put me off slightly.

Whenever you order from them you always get an invoice whether you paid by card or not, and then they always send you offers in the post for more discounts and free gifts. We have had a shape sorter and a baby laptop free from them!

I would reccomend them as you can get bargains if you have a discount codes, if you don't I think they are a bit expensive.

Summary: Make sure you look round the net for vouchers!
