I have had two bad experiences with Vertbaudet. Last year I placed an order for a sleeping bag, which was in stock. My card was charged for it straight away but the item arrived more than a month after and I had to call various times to chase it (which costs a fortune).
I should not have ordered from that company again but the items are lovely and I thought maybe I had bad luck the first time. So last month I ordered another sleeping bag. Despite the fact that I only made one order I received two identical items and was charged for two separate orders. Vertbaudet made it very difficult for me to get my money back. After many e-mails and calls I gave up, it was just not worth the hassle. I wonder how many people they do this to!!! DO NOT BE TEMPTED (LIKE I WAS) BY THEIR LOVELY ITEMS...THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE IS APPALLING AND IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT.

Summary: Not value for money, the experience will give you a headache!
