Avoid like plague! My wife was lured to Vertbaudet with some £10 off and 20% off coupons and asked me order 5 items. Items on their webshop are unique and original, to be fair. But I had no idea what kind of an ordeal I was to go through: The shopping bag system is a disaster. Coupons are not valid on most items. After ordering I didn't receive an order number or customer number, nothing. Then their shipping agents claim they can't find your house while Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS makes daily deliveries. The whole delivery process took over one month, and after all those emails, phone calls, I got my money back except for £3.30, which appeared in the mail as a replacement item that I never ordered. I made the mistake of not reading reviews about this company before my order. If I did, then I would definitely avoid them.
