Last year in Milton Keynes we had a new part built onto our already existing super shopping centre. The old shopping centre had most high street names, but the new part now has even more. In the new part of the centre we have a Virgin store. The shop is very clean, bright, plays good music and offers a BIG selection of CD's, Videos, Accessories, and much more and they have an excellent advertisement scheme ‘Whatever turns you on’. I just love that.

I was very impressed by the shop, its open, not crammed in and you have room to breath and not feel pressurized into buying stuff as you walk past it. The layout is good, it has an upstairs, and they have separate sections for all their different products.

The staff that work in there are very efficient, always willing to help and pleased to see you, which makes it a pleasure to go into the store. I have had to change a couple of items before and they were happy to help, didn’t ask any questions ‘have you scratched it’ or ‘is it broken’ they just asked for a simple reason why and took care of it.

The prices in Virgin are ok. They aren’t over priced on everything, only certain items. If you were to buy say NOW 50 it would cost you a big £16.99 in Virgin but if you were to go to Woolworth’s or WhSmiths you could get it for only £14.99. But is that extra money worth it? Is it worth the excellent service and cleanliness of the store? I personally will pay that extra pound or two because Virgin is a very good store that you can trust and know well.

Virgin is one top store and deserves their good will. They always have full shelves and you relay get an empty shelve. I have only ever come across this once, when I went to buy the Dido album, they had sold out and didn’t have any more stock as they had sold them all, but the next day they were back in. I did however get the last copy of that Dido album! Top work Virgin!

br>They also do good sales, just today I got Scream 3 on DVD for 11.99! and a double CD from this year for only 3.99. They also had other great bargains, but I didn't have enough money to buy anymore!
