You also need to go in there to make repairs on you handset and they sell the accessories for you mobile phone. Vodafone have also now gone into supplying mobile Vodafone is a network provider that I used to be a great fan of, but I have had so many problems with them over the past year I am on principal no longer with them,

The Vodafone shop itself is a shop where you can go to buy a contract mobile or a mobile on pay as you go or internet options for your laptop.

The shop is set out really well with everything in sections, so you only have to look in one place for what you are looking for. With the sections being:

Contract Mobiles
Business Mobiles
Pay as you Talk Mobiles
Accessories
Broadband - with use of a USB Modem

I think that the customer service assistants are very helpful, when you can grab the attention of one, the shop always seems so busy and full of people. I did visit a few months ago and I think that there are in the process of trying to rectify this as they have a take a ticket and await your number to be called which is a great idea as you do not lose your place in the queue.

My local shop is only small, but there are some great larger shops in some towns and this seem to have much more variety in and also a lot more staff members and the queues are not as long, which is great.

Summary: used to love them !
