WOW this is the most luxurious supermarket I have ever been to. A friend told me if I went late in the evening I would find marked down food of really good quality. Well he wasn't lying but the marked down price was still more than any other supermarket I had ever been to, I was amazed. I say amazed because I couldn't believe they charged so much and even more so that people could afford to shop there regularly. Now I am not trying to put people off completely because for all I was shocked I was also In love.

As a person who although is not a great cook enjoys it all the same and takes a keen interest in all things food I was in heaven, I has never seen such tasty treats in a normal supermarket, for all the times I had red a recipe and not bother doing it for lack or ingredients I now knew where to find them.
From rare meats like venison , ox and poultry and game like pheasant and quail to even more exotic fish and all number of unusual and rare spices and vegetables. This really is a foodis paradise, you just need the budget to go with it.

I must admit the first time I went I did get a bargain in the way of some very pretty garden lights, I got these down from £18 to £5, a bargain anywhere. I have a few friends not all into cooking either who like Waitrose but only as a treat because of the price, its nice to treat yourself sometimes and this is defiantly the place to go.

They have all the usual things others have but even more variety, they have a home ware section that changes from season to season just like other supermarkets and their own brand products are of an excellent quality a well worth a try.

I recommend this shop to anyone wanting a treat or a ingredient that is hard to find, a person wanting a treat or just change from the norm. with very friendly and helpful staff you are sure to enjoy a walk round here more than any other supermarket you have been to before.

Summary: I wish I could shop at Waitrose all the time
