On the 16/07/09 my wife deliverd our 08 new model x-trail diesel for its first 12000mile/12 month service which was pre arranged to be carried out while my wife waited as we live 30 miles away and no service vehicle available,on arrival my wife was told that it was likely to be a couple of hrs and a hour after arriving that it was going to be around 2pm before being finished so my wife rang me at 11am and i arranged to leave work collect my wife to go home with a view to me arranging to collect the vehicle later,on collecting my wife at 11.40 am we had left the dealership by 10mins when my wifes phone rang and ,the dealership said the service was complete and the vehicle ...  Read the complete review

Wessex Garages are a privately owned group of showrooms that work under the franchise dealership of Nissan, Kia and Fiat. The showrooms are located in the south west of England and in South Wales. The showroom that I will focus on is the Newport showroom that is located in the Newport Retail Park. The part of the franchise that I bought from was the Nissan section, although staff within the showroom will deal with any section. Overall I was happy with the car that I purchased; although it need one or two things needed being done to it before I was completely happy.
