OKay - that's an exaggeration, but they do sell a lot of different things.

There are two main reasons for why you would want to shop here.

1) It has an amazing range of products. This includes DIY/hardware products such as paint and nails. It also has household/kitchen products, such as cleaning products and cutlery. They also have stationary, and toiletries. Some stores are larger than others, and some Wilkinsons also stock clothes, and CD’s/videos etc.

2) Their prices are very good, and usually cheaper than everywhere else. I have never bought something from Wilkinsons, and then found it cheaper somewhere else. They are almost always cheaper. An example - Lux soap (pack of 4) is 95p in Wilkinsons, in
Superdrugs it’s £1.65. This isn’t an exceptional price, a lot of the prices are this good.

One problem that I have is that this store is always very busy when I go in, and the queues are usually long. However, I suppose that this would vary store to store. I don’t think this is a big enough problem to deter me from shopping there. Besides which, it’s not as annoying as some shops, as they do have all the tills on, and the cashiers also work fast.

The customer service from my experience is good, and the staff are very helpful. They have a lot of own brand products. They also have a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with anything. On the couple of occasions I have returned something, it has always been very easy and hassle free. Another good thing about Wilkinsons is that have so many stores, and the chances are there is one close to you.
