Advantages: Nice staff, Good place for gift vouchers

Disadvantages: Overpriced, sell out easily

Woolworths is a store that sells a range of products from confectionary, DVDs and childrens toys, sells quite a range mix of things.

Their shops are quite large however sometimes it can be quite crammed and sometimes a bit messy depending on which store it is, some are better than others. Their stores can be found in most shopping areas and the majority of their products are also sold in their online store.

I usually always find the staff quite nice in Woolworths and most are willing to help. In addition as they sell such a wide range of products this is a good place to buy a gift card for someone. When returning items they are always good at returning only if you have your receipt. If you don't they are not good at exchanging.

I find the shop quite expensive compared to other shops selling the same products. For example their CDs are about £1-£2 more than other shops, which is quite a lot more for a CD. Another disadvantage is they tend to run out of stock of a lot of things especially when it is coming up to Christmas.

Overall quite a good shop a bit overpriced but has to be one of the best shops for a gift voucher.
