healthy, cheap and eco friendly...what have you got to lose?

This product is an absolute genius, being a bit of a health freak curiousity made me pick it upin the supermarket, and i have never looked back.

Fry light is a healthy alternative to conventional oil or fat, one canister of Fry Light replaces up to 7 litres of vegetable oil (it lasts an like forever...literally, i've had mine for 6 months and it hasnt shown any signs of running out...i'll have to throw it away before i use it all up - which is very economical too!) and can be used for everything, frying, baking, roasting, you name it.

If you actually like the taste of food submerged in oil then this isnt for you, as it just gives the crisp texture and non stick ability oil gives food, not the taste.

I especiaalylike using it for light frying, omelettes/pancakes, stopping pasta and noodles from sticking, and putting over roast chicken, as an alternative to oil or butter. Another great tip is to cut up some potatoes thinly, spray a good amount onto each wedge, add dome paprika or whatever condiment is to your liking and bake, turning every now and then. This makes chips with a delcious crispy coating. Also add to meat before grilling for a similar effect, or when making yorkshire puddings, for a lighter taste.

Each spray is a mere 1 calorie and o.1 grams of fat. For a 10 inch pan you will need 4 or 5 sprays. The can consists of 56% rapeseed oil (which is an excellent source of omega 3, an essential fat), water, emusifier (soya lethicin), E473; alchohol (but only a tiny bit to keep it fresh, all will be removed when cooked) and atioxidant: vit E. So as you can see theres nothing nasty in it! It contains no artificial preservatives and no propellant gases, so its good for the environment too. Plus, it contains no cholesterol, gluten and is suitable for vegetarians.

At only around £2.00 per bottle its an absolute bargain as well...that replaces 6 months supply of oil! Its also great for the health concious and those who want o be eco friendly...buy of the century!

Find it in the supermarket, along with its other flavours, olive oil, sunflower oil, butter, salad seasoning, etc.
