2 of the shelves broke on my LG fridge freezer, found Buyspares and purchased them, my fridge freezer looks like new now. Delivery was very quick. Would definately recommend them.

I have used Buyspares a couple of times of late. The technical stuff is very good on their web pages and so far i have been able to find the right parts for domestic electrical goods without any trauma. Once my orders were placed the goods were dispatched promptly and arrived on my doorstep quickly enough. The parts were either original manufacturers item or just as good. Well packaged and undamaged on arrival. Prices seem competitive enough to me. I will definitely use them again.

Hunted for a freezer drawer front online. Got so far on many sites and they were not for the right freezer. The Buyspares site was clear and confirmed the model number was compatible. The purchase was easy and then delivery was well packaged and very quick. I got a free pen which has also came in handy. Excellent company as the price was excellent too. I would like to say that I recieved excellent service from this company.I ordered the part (a washing machine door handle), I had confirmation of my order and notification once my order was posted. The part arrived in reasonable time, but it was Christmas, so I think the post may have slowed it up a little. Even so I was very pleased with the service. (I'm afraid I get really frustrated when something breaks down and upsets my routine and when the washing is mounting up, I just wanted it sorted a.s.a.p.)The part was reasonably priced and the whole transaction was seemless.I would definitely recommend this company.

We found our part quickly and easily on the website. It was much cheaper than on other websites. The details of the delivery were clear and umderstandable and we managed to track our order. The part came to us very well packaged and wrapped would definitly use these again 10/10

My oven element blew on Saturday evening. It was easy to find the correct replacement part on the website. Good value for money at £14.99, last time we paid a repairman £80 to replace it. Ordered on Saturday night, paid for next day delivery and was delighted to receive it by 10am on Monday morning as it was mailed out on Sunday. The instruction video on the website showing how to replace the element meant that hubby completed the job by lunch time. Great website, excellent service.

I found your site and discovered the price of camera batteries was better than Amazon!!!! I ordered on Saturday and was surprised to see delivery quoted as Monday (weekend working??) On Monday I received an e-mail stating delivery between 13:49 & 14:49 - At 13:50 the delivery arrived !!! Thank you for fast service & low price.David

On looking up the part i found the right one at a much cheaper cost than the local supplier and immediatley ordered it, This was late Friday afternoon so imagine my suprise when the very next morning (saturdaya.m.) the new p[art was delivered. Have used this company twice now for vacuum cleaner parts, and I can honestly say I have no complaints whatsoever about the ease of locating the exact part, the ease of ordering, the excellent communication from the company with regard to order tracking, and the superb on-time delivery. I will certainly use this company again.

I have an ancient, (30+ years), Indesit washing machine which suddenly stopped mid-cycle in that it failed to drain. I succeeded in draining it by gravity and the cycle then continued. I concluded the problem lay in the waste pump/filter. Clearing the filter revealed a 6p and two 1p coins and a rubber band which had jammed the pump but unfortunately the plastic filter cover had become brittle - a new unit was needed. On-line research was difficult as I only had a generic model number and illustrations on most sites did not match my unit. However, BuySpares site showed exactly what I needed at a very good price and offered next day delivery. Two emails followed confirming the order and stating delivery date and time. The part arrived precisely on time, was fitted and in operation the same afternoon. Excellent service!

Ordered two items on the 14th and then cancelled the same day only 2 hours later, Sitting here 8 days later and I do not have the parts they said may arrive OR a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not respond to you or try to resolve any issue. Just ignore you and keep both your money and you still don't get an apology or a refund

ordered a set of knobs. Got one. Told the rest would come waited 5 weeks - contacted them. 12 days later I received a reply telling me I needed to send it back for a refund. Then I can place another order. Lots of calls still not sorted. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
