I must admit I am a bit of a film buff. I love watching films and am a member of love film. I used to spend a fortune every week, going to the cinema and catching the latest releases, but then I discovered Orange Wednesdays. I don't think yo can beat a film on the big screen. Its so more realistic and the whole experience sitting there is great.


WHAT IS IT?

Orange Wednesdays is an offer for all orange customers. This gives you 2 for 1 cinema tickets every Wednesday. I am not an orange customer but my dad has orange broadband and doesn't go to the cinema so even though I am with Aol for my internet and 3 for my mobile. I registered quite easily to take advantage of this offer. I phoned Orange and asked if it was ok to register myself as my dad wasn't interested in the offer and they were very helpful and said it was fine.


WHAT DO YOU DO?

Getting hold of your 2 for 1 tickets is easy - just text 'FILM' to 241
You've got three ways of getting hold of your Orange Wednesdays 2 for 1 tickets, and they're all dead easy. Either:

* text
Text 'FILM' to 241 and they will send you your ticket straight away (Tickets cost 35p)

* call
Call 241 from your Orange mobile.

* Internet
Got the main Orange Wednesday site and go to Orange World, select 'Film', then 'Orange Wednesdays'.

You then take you mobile with you to the cinema where you show them your cinema code to get your free cinema ticket or if you have done it via the internet or phone. You take the printed voucher to the cinema with you. Its so easy.


HOW MUCH WILL THE SHOWING COST ME?

You only pay for one ticket so this is usually around the £7 mark. This is great as most cinema except the Orange Wednesday tickets and they can be used to buy special preview tickets and also 3D showings.


WHAT OTHER THINGS CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF?

I found out recently that you can visit pizza express with your Orange Wednesday ticket too and obtain free pizza. We went the other day as I was taking my daughter to see Bolt. You just print a form off the orange Wednesday site and fill in your special orange Wednesday code then visit Pizza express. I wasn't expecting much but the offer is fabulous. The deal is .....You pay for one 12 inch pizza and you can then get another one free plus if that's not enough you will each get a size order of garlic bread or garlic dough balls each free. So ended up paying £7.75 for a 12 inch pizza X 2 and 2 lots of garlic bread. I thought this was a total bargain and the meal was absolutely lovely. I will defiantly be taking advantage of this offer again. I had a great day out with my daughter and the whole thing cost me less than £20...can't be bad
