Disadvantages: be careful with part ex, be prepared to wait

I recently finally recieved my car after waiting over a month. They pestered me every day for my money and then went quiet. After numerious phone calls from myself i finally got a registration number, but did i get a car? no just empty promises ,like were waiting for the car to be delivered ,we will ring you back tomorrow, it should be delivered tomorrow ,the delivery driver run out of hours. This went on for three weeks, when we finally got the car it had an extra 1000 miles on the clock and then they tried to knock our part ex down in price , i stood firm and threatened to cancel the deal .
