Disadvantages: Long waiting times

Having recently bought two cars, one from Jamjar, which was a desaster - one from Virgincars, which was great, I can only recommend the latter. They really succeed in customer service (I am not an employee and I can't stand Richard Branson, so this is no plug!). They take care of you from the word go, sending you a detailed welcome pack, punctually updating the individualised section that lets you keep track of your order and sending you another information pack towards the end of the waiting period that informs you about the delivery process. Their telephone staff is friendly and competent and they phone you back when they say they do. The only downside is the very long delivery time for imported cars and there was a glitch with someone giving wrong information on the actual delivery date but after complaining their Director of Operations (!) phoned me back and she made it happen on time. That's good customer service! Virgincars seem to be the best in the online car market.
