After using Froogle to find cheaper prices on Stuck Mojo albums I discovered 101cd.com. They were so much cheaper than everywhere else, so I ordered 3 Stuck Mojo albums from them. A few weeks later, I received my first album. I am still waiting for the remaining albums to be despatched. I have been waiting a month for them and the 'item on order with supplier' status hasn't changed. I have sent multiple emails to this company and haven't received any replies, so I don't know what stage my order is at. Do not shop at ... Read the complete review

I was hunting for a CD (Kool and the Gangs Greatest Hits)last year and decided to use an online price checking service to see if I could find the CD cheaper than the usual sites I used, and the cheapest site that came up was 101cd.com The site- The site on first impressions looks tacky. It basically consists of a banner with the site name on top separated by yellow band with a search box underneath and the main part is filled with a list of cd/dvd covers and their titles. bought a dvd set from the series 24 ( it cost 83 pounds) the set arrived one month later and it was damaged before sending. I sent it back to 101cd.com ( 21 Euro shipping costs) and after a month it came back packed with soft carton that is usually used as filling paper. As you can guess it was damaged again. The edges of the diskset were dent. 101cd mailed me a standard mail, i could send it back to them for another diskset No thank you, not another 21 Euro shipping costs !! Please do not trust this shop and don't buy there, you cannot call them on the phone and you get automaticly generated emails. Feel free to contact ... Read the complete review

101CD.com is another website offering CDs, DVDs and games at quite low prices. Compared to its competition it often has very competitive prices and a large list of stock, but delivery fee fluctuations and customer service have been known to count against it. The main advantage 101CD over other websites is its large list of imported stock; a search for reasonably obscure bands will still result in a list of titles they can send from the UK, from Germany, from the USA and from Japan. Obviously they tend to get more expensive towards the bottom, but there can be bargains to be found ... Read the complete review

Interesting idea, huh? Naming an online music store after the room of all horrors from Orwells’ 1984. I bought some CDs from this site around 2 years ago, and have used it a few times since. It’s one of several sites I usually visit when I am thinking of buying a CD – the main plus for 101cd.com, I think, is that it has an excellent range. For music CD’s it’s one of the best – it compares well with amazon.co.uk and streets online. It’s far better than CDWOW, for range that is. Price is a different matter. At 101 you will find all kinds of collectors editions, imports and CD singles – often things that ... Read the complete review
