I use the 101cd website very often, it's by far and away the best on the web. I set up my account in a matter of minutes and ordered 2 cd's straight away. They arrived promptly, were in a fit condition and I only had to pay £1 for delivery.

I really can't fault the ease of navigation on this site. The way in which each field is easilly found, any delivery address needed is easy to enter and confirm. The comparison I make is with WHSmith online. They are the worst - I often buy for relatives (with 101cd I get Ipoints for all orders) and changing details on the Smiths site is a hassle. Delivery is terribly expensive from Smiths.

In my opinion the 101cd site is really great, with a wide selection, great customer support and inexpensive cd's and delivery it should be used by anyone who's into buying off the web. Ipoints are earned too and you can get free cd's through this site. The company is really small and well managed, whenever I have to call up with a query I get the same bloke, it's a really personal service.

A must for all music fans with web access.
