... explaining the situation. 365 refused point blank to do this saying it was not there fault that their website had taken the money but refused it at the same time. Even if it wasn't their fault, a simply fax would have sorted things out but as I said, they refuse...more

As with a fridge (see my 24-7electricals review) we also needed a washin machine - quick. It's not possible to search for items by delivery times on shopping engines or even suppliers' sites! How strange, surely I can't be the only person who wants things as soon as possible and for whom this is more important than the exact brand, colour or shape of the door handle? I used PriceRunner shopping engine to find the best value supplier of the washing machine I chose. I also needed one willing to deliver to an address different from the billing address.
