I can only review my personal experience with Achica and I was very happy with the service. I ordered several items of bed linen. My goods arrived in 10 days although when I ordered the delivery was quoted as up to 28 days so I was really happy they took a lot less. I was emailed and sent a text as to the delivery day and on the day I was contacted again by email and text and was given a one hour window for delivery time which is a great help. My goods arrived exactly on time, the order was complete and the bed linen was really good quality. I was very pleased and could not fault the service I received.

No problem with the order...arrived as expected 4 weeks after I ordered BUT , the first item , a bedspread costing £125 arrived before the rest of it came. When it was all thereI realised that it didn't all match so I wanted to return it. Of course this was after the 10 days return period ass it arrived much earlier. Also, you have to pay postage for returns which for the size of the package was massive. Which pretty much negates the initial saving. To as insult to injury, I saw the EXACT same bedding in TK MAXX for much cheaper. I will not deal with a company in future that makes you pay for returns and has no customer service number to call.

I LOVE Achica. Having recently moved into a new flat, I have been trying to furnish it and accessorise it in an interesting, contemporary way, which is pretty difficult on a budget! I bought all the basics (crockery, mugs, cheap cushions etc) from IKEA, but it's all a little 'generic' for my taste, but have found 'non generic' things can be really expensive. Achica is a 'members only' site. You sign up, then they send you an email every day with new offers. Offers can range from furniture, to bedding, to niknaks to cushions, whatever you need for the home, it's on there. I've now been waiting 5 MONTHS ! For and undelivered item and a refund and still not one in sight! Terrible customer service. DON'T BUY FROM ACHICA !!!!

I ordered from achica.com for the first time before reading the reviews here. After reading the reviews I was afraid that there would be problems with the order and I hoped that the item would arrive at all.I ordered a cushion on the 14th of July (which was a Saturday!) and received it today, on the 17th of July! I was really surprised by the fast delivery after reading the reviews and due to the fact, that the delivery period in the purchase confirmation was stated between the 20th and 27th of July. The product itself is really pretty and I am happy with my order. Maybe the fast delivery had to do with the article I ordered, but I still wanted to share my good experience with achica.com.
