This company sent me a faulty solar security light and i could never get refund, replacing the item, guarantee, any information about the manufacturer, about whether it takes batteries which came in a very unusual size and if I can get them, instructions - nothing. Non-branded item means no rights. Customer services did not bother to reply to most of my e-mails. Initially priced at £49, this light was useless. Never deal with this company as they sell cheap products with no guarantee and don't bother getting back to you in most cases. Extremely dissappointing.
