When Additions first started, many moons ago, as part of Argos it was fantastic. All the girls in my office would shop for clothes and shoes there regularly and we'd often have chats involving gasps of delight at the price of certain items! The only problem with it at that time was not buying exactly the same clothes as everyone else but they were such good value it was difficult!

Once Argos got rid of Additions the problems set in. I was waiting for a shelving unit as this happened and I waited and waited and phoned and emailed and it never arrived. I was fobbed off many times and told it was "out for delivery" on many occasions only to never receive it. This was a few years ago now and if it was out for delivery I don't know where it went because it still hasn't arrived here!

This put me off for a while but soon I was back to browsing at their cheap shoes (Kit were dirt cheap) and clothes. I placed a few more orders but these were either delayed, out of stock even though they were listed online as in stock, or never arrived so I stopped ordering.

A while after I'd stopped ordering I received a new catalogue and decided just to flick through. I couldn't believe how much their prices had increased!! One of my friends received her catalogue the same day and sent me a text in disbelief! The prices had gone from being very reasonable to being on a par with every other store and that wasn't what Additions was all about. The shoes had gone up in price so much I almost fainted!

Needless to say I did not order anything at that time. I have looked a couple of times at their website but there seems to be less choice these days too and I don't like the way you can no longer narrow the search down to suit you but have to look at things that clearly aren't in your price range, style choice etc.

I don't even look anymore, another lost customer for Additions.
