This is my second time with All Saints online and same as the last one. Customer Service never reply as always and the DHL that they use is also hopeless. The DHL stood me up twice after I made an appointment with them and still saying they tried but no answer. I was there at home waiting all day and didn't even see any of their failed to deliver yellow paper. Now I am still wondering when my order is going to arrive. My order was from two weeks ago and I am still waiting. My last time order was the same and ended up going into one of their store and begged the manager to help me, which he also had a hard time trying to look for the online store manager and any staffs from their HQ.

I have shopped in-store at allsaints and i thought i'd give them a try online as i don't have the time to go into the shop and see the 70% sale, so online the website is alright to use fairly easy, i spotted a pair of skinny bleached jeans, ordered them and I'm still waiting on them after 17 days i thought something was wrong, i have sent them 4 emails and no reply, i have called there customer service number on the 0870 458 3736 number, waited forever for them to answer. eventually i just hung up my as it would be running up a huge bill on my mobile! is this how they make there money by keeping people on there line as no one is at the other end? Before I go into detail I should say that previous to this experience I have never shopped at All Saints before - either in the store or online. I think their clothes are all awful grubby colours, built for people who look like Kate Moss and are ridiculously overpriced considering the quality is nothing special. To my surprise I found myself browsing in the store in Westfield a few weeks ago and after leaving without purchasing the top I wanted (decided it was overpriced) I then regretted it and went online to buy.
