Disadvantages: Really terrible customer service you dont get a reply via email or telephone, very slow delivery

I have shopped in-store at allsaints and i thought i'd give them a try online as i don't have the time to go into the shop and see the 70% sale, so online the website is alright to use fairly easy,

i spotted a pair of skinny bleached jeans, ordered them and I'm still waiting on them after 17 days i thought something was wrong, i have sent them 4 emails and no reply, i have called there customer service number on the 0870 458 3736 number, waited forever for them to answer. eventually i just hung up my as it would be running up a huge bill on my mobile! is this how they make there money by keeping people on there line as no one is at the other end? I tried another number to get through to them and no surprise it rang out, I'm disgusted with this customer service, the shop is expensive and you would expect them to have high customer service. i wont be using there online shop ever again what a disgrace.
