Premium Review Aloud.com: Unreliable website ordering (267 words)

I would quite strongly recommend against using this company for buying any tickets for events that may be subject to high demand, or tickets that cost anything other than a small amount of money, as the whole ordering system is unreliable, and you may come out unlucky. Our experience was that after entering the card details, and getting a confirmation message that the tickets had been purchased, we were told that the transaction was finished, and that an email would be sent to us, which would contain a confirmation number, in case of any problems. Unfortunately, we trusted the messages on the web site, and thought that there must have been a delay in the email ...  Read the complete review

I have a tendency to go to a lot of gigs and there is only one place that I consider when I?m looking for tickets these days. That place is Aloud.com. When I first started going to gigs I stumbled across Aloud by mistake. No matter how many other places I try I still seem to keep coming back to Aloud as the service and variety of events has always been so good. So for those that don?t know, Aloud are an internet ticket agency that specialise in the supply and sale of concerts and shows. They buy a consignment of tickets from the venue, put on an administration charge and then pass the tickets onto ...  Read the complete review

Wayahead, Gigsandtours, Tickets-online and now Aloud.com. They're all run by the same bunch of unorganised crooks! I've been forced to order from them a few times now when tickets have been unavailable elsewhere, and each and every time they have made mistake after mistake. As a result I would warn anyone to think very carefully before they order from any of the companies I've mentioned! The site itself is very cluttered, however it is easy to use and follow. There is also a lot of information given about events, which is definately a good thing! So, you choose the event and the ticekts you want, then enter your details, which is ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review I'll Have 60 Tickets for Elton John! Now! (752 words)

I hate ticket shops - you know, the ones you get in London which look suspiciously like a taxi rank or a dodgy kebab shack. Which is why, when flicking through the broadsheet-style pages of the NME, I found a gig advertised which I thought I'd like to go to and decided to try going online instead. Using a search engine, I stumbled across aloud.com, and took a visit. And what a good job I did. The homepage, despite its rather cluttered look, is actually very easy to navigate, its black background and tame colour schemes being pleasing to the eye. The pleasant surprises didn't end there either! "So please, tell me, what on earth does ...  Read the complete review
