Advantages: brilliant range of items

amazon.co.uk is the largest online only shop so to speak that deal with everything from books to clothing to computer games. I have used it so much due to their excellent service. I chose them as the place to purchase to PS3 from, i knew they were a site i could trust with such a large purchase (around £500 at the time) and on release day i got my package at around 10am which was very impressive. Other than that i have used to site to buy books, games and recently a nice pair of shoes. Getting in touch with them is very easy and the customer service with regard to returns has been excellent in my experience. However a few months ago they changed the firm they use for deliveries and they are not so efficient, no longer do packages go to your local post office but to the depot centre of this new company. Overall though a great site for buying all sorts of stuff.
